Return a table with all playing animations
Takes a boolean parameter, where if true, animations in the HOLDING play state will be included in the table
Возвращает таблицу со всеми запущенными анимациями

Works recursivly. If a parent of this part is invisible, this part will also return false

Takes a boolean parameter, where if true, the y velocity is ignored
